Remote-first.

We're distributed across the US. We meet in person quarterly. Most of our work happens async with focused live time when it matters.

Outcome over process.

We hire senior people and trust them. No daily standups, no micromanagement. We care that you ship and that you raise hands early when stuck.

Honest culture.

We give direct feedback, we admit mistakes early, and we don't tolerate political behavior. We're trying to build a company we'd recommend to our closest friends.
