These Terms of Service govern your use of Marquee Pass. By creating an account or making a purchase, you agree to these terms. We've tried to write them in plain English where possible. A version reviewed by lawyers is in progress and will replace this document before public launch.
1. Who we are.
Marquee Pass is operated by Marquee Pass, Inc., a Delaware corporation. You can reach us at hello@marqueepass.com.
2. Eligibility.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or make a purchase. By using Marquee Pass you confirm you meet this requirement.
3. Your account.
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access at help@marqueepass.com.
4. Buying tickets.
When you buy a ticket through Marquee Pass — whether from our marketplace or an integrated partner — the price you see is the price you pay. We don't add fees at checkout. Tickets are guaranteed under our Buyer Protection Guarantee, available on our Trust & Safety page.
5. Selling tickets.
Sellers are responsible for delivering valid tickets on time. Sellers above transaction thresholds must complete identity verification. Sellers agree to our pricing rules and state-specific cap enforcement, detailed in our Resale Policy.
6. Prohibited activity.
You may not: list tickets you don't own, use bots to purchase or list tickets, create fake reviews or ratings, attempt to defraud other users, or use Marquee Pass for any illegal purpose.
7. Fees and payouts.
Our fee structure is published on every relevant page. Funds are released 24 hours after the buyer's verified entry at the event. If scan data is unavailable, funds release 24 hours after the event's scheduled end time. Refunds are processed within 24 hours of a verified claim.
8. Termination.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with cause and notice where possible.
9. Limitations of liability.
Marquee Pass facilitates transactions between buyers and sellers. Our liability is bounded by our Buyer Protection Guarantee. We don't provide warranties beyond what's stated there.
10. Changes to these terms.
We may update these terms periodically. Material changes will be announced via email and posted here with an updated date. Continued use of Marquee Pass after changes constitutes acceptance.
