These Terms of Service govern your use of Marquee Pass. By creating an account or making a purchase, you agree to these terms. We've tried to write them in plain English where possible. A version reviewed by lawyers is in progress and will replace this document before public launch.
1. Who we are.
Marquee Pass is operated by Marquee Pass, Inc., a Delaware corporation. You can reach us at hello@marqueepass.com.
2. Eligibility.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or make a purchase. By using Marquee Pass you confirm you meet this requirement.
3. Your account.
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access at help@marqueepass.com.
4. Buying tickets.
Marquee Pass compares all-in prices across marketplaces and sends you to the partner with the best deal to complete your purchase. The all-in price you see is what you pay — Marquee Pass never adds its own fees at checkout. Tickets are covered by our Buyer Protection Guarantee.
5. Prohibited activity.
You may not: use bots to purchase tickets, create fake reviews or ratings, attempt to defraud other users, or use Marquee Pass for any illegal purpose.
6. Fees.
You never pay added fees to Marquee Pass. We earn affiliate commissions from partner marketplaces when you buy through us. Refunds are handled under the partner's policy together with our Buyer Protection Guarantee.
7. Termination.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with cause and notice where possible.
8. Limitations of liability.
Marquee Pass helps you compare and find tickets across marketplaces. Our liability is bounded by our Buyer Protection Guarantee. We don't provide warranties beyond what's stated there.
9. Changes to these terms.
We may update these terms periodically. Material changes will be announced via email and posted here with an updated date. Continued use of Marquee Pass after changes constitutes acceptance.
